JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Prayer for anticipatory bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 28/06/2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55812/ 2021.

Petitioner has renewed his prayer on the ground that subsequently matter between the parties has been compromised. Since the offence is not compoundable, subsequent compromise cannot be a ground for reconsideration of prayer for pre arrest bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the same is again rejected.
