Altogether fifteen cartoons of wine were seized while being unloaded from a pickup van bearing registration no.BR21GA-1643 and during course thereof, three persons were apprehended, namely, petitioner Krishna Kanhaiya, Rakesh Kumar, Lalan Kumar. It is further evident that Rakesh Kumar had already been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No.50149/2016 while Lalan Kumar vide Cr.

Misc.

No.51504/2016. The case of the petitioner stood on similar footing.

Accordingly, petitioner Krishna Kanhaiya is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55358 of 2016 (2) dt.23-12-2016 Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Jigar Sah, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sheikhpura in connection with Korma P.S. Case No.64/2016.
