The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mejorganj P.S. Case No.48 of 2019 registered under Section 447, 448, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is that he caused blood oozing injury on the nose of Prateek Kumar, the son of the informant, through knife.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is dispute with regard to the path in between the parties. While the allegation against the petitioner is to cause blood oozing injury on the nose of Prateek Kumar, the son of the informant through

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, District-Sitamarhi, in connection with Mejorganj P.S. Case No.48 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
