JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 160 of 2015 registered under Sections 448, 323, 324, 380, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation of informant is that on 10.05.2015, when Raj Kumar Das assaulted his father and mother, Ranjeet Das and Sanjeet Das intervened to pacify the dispute. Thereafter, Raj Kumar Das and both the petitioners came to his house and started to loot and took cash Rs. 2000/- and gold and silver ornaments. When the informant raised protest, Raj Kumar Das gave knife blow at his stomach, due to which he became

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that it would appear from the F.I.R. itself that the disputes took place in between Raj Kumar Das and informant and due to which his father and wife have falsely been implicated in this case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M., Ist Class, Sheikhpura in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 160 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J.) Shail/- U T
