JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 In compliance with the order dated 23.09.2015, Superintendent of Police, Vigilance Investigation Bureau has submitted a report in sealed cover, which was opened in Court. I have perused it. It is evident that after preliminary enquiry the Vigilance Investigation Bureau has finally registered a regular case vide Vigilance P.S. Case No. 51 of 2017 for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 32 read with Section 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act , 1988.

Perused the report. The report is directed to be resealed.

Sri Ram Kishore Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner in presence of learned AC to P.A.A.G. No. 2 as well as Sri Rama Kant Sharma, learned Senior Law Officer for Vigilance Investigation Bureau, in view of changed circumstances, does not want to press the petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
