Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with respect to petitioner no. 3(Amauli Mahto), who was arrested during pendency of the instant anticipatory bail application. 3.
Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with respect to petitioner no. 3(Amauli Mahto). 5.
The petitioner No. 1 and 2 apprehend their arrest in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39904 of 2026(2) dt.30-06-2026 2/3 a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 190, 191(2), 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 352, 351(2), 303(2) and 74 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that in a marriage ceremony, DJ was playing and her son was dancing along with other children, when a scuffle took place amongst the children and her son fell on the daughter of Anil, as such Anil and Satish assaulted her son, it is next alleged that after an hour, accused persons came to her house looking for her son but then her son was not present in the house, thus they acted inappropriately with her and her daughter and half an hour later they caught her son from khaliyan and assaulted him and were taking him away, but with the help of villagers, her son was rescued and taken to primary health centre. 7.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegations as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that no specific allegation of assault is alleged against the petitioners. It is also submitted that on intervention of well-wishers, the parties have compromised.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant does not dispute that the parties have compromised. 9.
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Chhaurahi P.S. Case No. 57 of 2026 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.
