JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Complaint Case No.573 of 2015 registered under Section 498 A of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner used to torture his wife for demand of motorcycle and another allegation is that he has having illicit relationship with his sister-in-law. Submission is that the petitioner is handicapped and marriage was solemnized in the year 2014. The husband is ready to keep his wife but false allegation of having illicit relationship is alleged. Petitioner has been in custody since 26.3.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

No.32791 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 the petitioner, namely, Lav Kush Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No.573 of 2015.
