Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner and others are suspected to have committed murder of the son of the informant. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused. During investigation name of the petitioner further surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused-Nitish Kumar and Nitish expressed that deceased had love affairs with the sister of Nitish and that is why murder was committed.
Considering the fact that there is no eye witness of the occurrence and there is no direct evidence against

No.39750 of 2019(5) dt.26-09-2019 2/2 the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ujiyarpur Police Station Case No.233 of 2018 corresponding to S. Tr. No.116 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
