Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 30.6.2016 and it is alleged that snatched mobile was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner but petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and investigation against him has already been completed. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Motihari Town P.S.
