Mr.Shailendra Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2019 The present modification application has been filed to modify the order dated 6.5.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.29575 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per order dated 6.5.2019, the petitioner was to appear before the Juvenile Justice Board, Gaya within a period of fifteen days from the date of order i.e. 6.5.2019 but, the aforesaid order was received by the Juvenile Justice Board, Gaya on 16.5.2019 and, as such, the petitioner could not appear before the Juvenile Board, Gaya.

Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for extension of time to appear before the Juvenile Justice

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39150 of 2019(2) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 Board, Gaya.

As prayed for, four weeks further time is extended to the petitioner to appear before the Juvenile Justice Board, Gaya. In the meantime, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner, above named.

Accordingly, this application for modification stands allowed.
