JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-08-2022 This revision application has been preferred against the revisional order dated 23.12.2017 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Begusarai in Cr. Revision No. 92 of 2018. Apparently, the present revision is in the nature of second revision which is barred under Section 399(3) Cr.P.C. Section 399(3) Cr.P.C. reads as under:- "(3)Where any application for revision is made by or on behalf of any person before the Sessions Judge, the decision of the Sessions Judge thereon in relation to such person shall be final and no further proceeding by way of revision at the instance of such person shall be entertained by the High Court or any other Court."

This application, therefore, cannot proceed.

Liberty is available to the petitioners to seek remedy

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.794 of 2018(4) dt.17-08-2022 2/2 against the impugned order in appropriate jurisdiction and in a duly constituted application.
