JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. From perusal of the impugned order, I find that the petitioner made himself absent from the trial proceeding, resulting cancellation of his bail bonds on 17.06.2015. Moreover, petitioner surrendered before the trial court on 30.08.2016 and since then he is languishing in jail custody.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Nawada in connection with Rajauli P.S.Case No. 19 of 2004.
