This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Mirganj P.S.Case No.136 of 2017, for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of one Gun from the house of the petitioner and he could not produced licence of the same. Further he is accused in three other cases also.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the recovery of Gun is plantation and the petitioner is on bail in other cases. Further submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 14.6.2017

Having heard both sides and in view of facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, once the charge is framed or the petitioner completes six months' period in judicial custody whichever is earlier, the learned court below shall release the petitioner on bail in connection with Mirganj P.S.Case No.136 of 2017 to his own satisfaction.
