Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kadwa P.S. Case No.98 of 2019, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 354, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant named 15 persons including the petitioner and alleged that firstly Nafis and Azad broke the door of his darwaza and on being asked the reason for such act, all the accused persons including the petitioner came and petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the father of the informant with lathi on his leg and also pushed the wife of the informant on the ground.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the father of the informant got simple injury on his leg. There is a

Having considered the facts that on account of land dispute, the occurrence appears to have taken place in which the father of the informant on account of assault made by the petitioner sustained simple injury, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Katihar in connection with Kadwa P.S. Case No.98 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
