Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 I.P.C. as well as Section 8 of POCSO Act.

The statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. would reveal that she is aged about 19 years and she had voluntarily left her house alongwith co-accusedSonu Kumar with whom she married in a temple. Considering the statement of the victim girl, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Naya Ramnagar

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38355 of 2020(2) dt.12-02-2021 2/2 Police Station Case No.133 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
