2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 337 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 140(1), 238 and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The deceased was kidnapped while going to the Court in a Xylo vehicle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the account belonges to his brother and not to him and therefore he is not involved in the crime. The petitioner is in custody since 03.05.2025.

5. The vehicle was recovered and during investigation, the name of the petitioner has come as having

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45160 of 2025(2) dt.30-07-2025 2/2 taken contract for killing the deceased and Rs. 50,000/- was transferred in his account.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a contract killer and he has accepted Rs. 50,000/- for killing the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
