ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-09-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 21.12.2005 passed by the 2nd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Naugachhia, Bhagalpur in Criminal Appeal No. 74 of 2004, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 11.06.2004 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in Tr. No. 528 of 2004 arising out of Complaint Case No. 118C of 1995, by which he has convicted the Petitioners under Sections 467, 468 and 471 IPC and sentenced them to undergo R.I. for two years, one year and one month respectively.

Having gone through the impugned judgment, I do not find any reason for interference in the matter.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.244 of 2006 dt.21-09-2015 However, considering the period of custody and the date of occurrence, the sentence is reduced to the period already undergone by the Petitioners.

With the aforesaid observations, the Application stands dismissed.
