The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of acquittal dated 27.1.2006 passed by the A.D.J. II, Fast Track Court, Nawada, in Sessions Trial No. 09 of 2000/77 of 2005. Having gone through the impugned Judgment, I do not find any merit in the revision application.
