The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 200 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant in his written complaint has stated that on 13.04.2018 at about 10.30 PM after parking his truck near Bihar Hotel, he and co-driver was sleeping and in the intervening night at 12.30 on 14.04.2018 six unknown armed criminals sat in the truck and after taking trucks they threw informant and his co-driver after tying their their legs and hands and also took away Rs. 8000/- and mobile from his

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is innocent and his name has surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Munna Yadav and except that confessional statement nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. And he has been remanded in this case on 10.05.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S.
