The allegation against the petitioner is that 88 bottles of country-made liquor of 200 ml. each were recovered form the possession of the petitioner.

It is also submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no criminal antecedent of the petitioner and he is in custody since 13.08.2016.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts as stated above, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Gopalganj in connection with Kateya P.S.
