JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 365, 366A, 120B, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they have taken the daughter of the informant to accused Jila Pandit. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have no criminal antecedent. Petitioners no. 1 and 2 are mother and father respectively and petitioner no. 3 is neighbour of Jila Pandit, against whom it is alleged that he had taken the victim. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners as two petitioners are ladies.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39729 of 2015 (2) dt.30-09-2015 2 / 2 court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with Patory (Mohanpur O.P.) P.S. Case no. 231 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
