Earlier this Court had been pleased to extend the provisional bail to the petitioner in connection with the present case i.e. Mithanpura P.S. Case No.129 of 2018 and the matter had been sent for mediation. It appears that the mediation between the parties has failed and the petitioner has already been in custody in the present case for more that six months. So far as the allegation that the petitioner has furnished a false antecedent report is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that two cases were filed subsequently whereas with regard to one other case, the petitioner has already
