2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 354 (B), 337, 427, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that all the F.I.R named accused persons including this petitioner came at the house of the informant and brutally assaulted the informant and her family members in which they sustained various injuries. It is further alleged that this petitioner also tried to commit rape with the daughter of the informant.

4. It is submitted petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. On the petty

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner and submits that the injury caused by this petitioner is found to be grievous in nature.

6. Considering the nature of injury and circumstances of the case, the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner is rejected.
