The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 28.03.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8187 of 2016, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with K. Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 472 of 2015, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Purnea, and he was to surrender within a period of six weeks in the court below but due to some unavoidable reason he could not surrender in the court below within time.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender of the petitioner is extended for another period of two weeks in the court below. The order dated 28.03.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43760 of 2016 (2) dt.19-10-2016 2/2 8187 of 2016, is modified to the extent as indicated above. The present modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
