The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 141 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the F.I.R. is lodge after lapse of three days of the alleged occurrence and no one has sustained injury. On perusal of Annexure-2, it appears that T.A. No. 120 of 2016 is pending between the parties, which was filed by the petitioner no. 3.

No.37104 of 2017 (2) dt.31-08-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 141 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
