From the fard-bayan of injured Vishwanath Ram, it is apparent that Sanjay Paswan is the sole assailant. Accordingly, petitioner, Ajay Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Kochas P. S. Case No.41 of 2017.
