The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dinara P.S. Case no. 465 of 2018, registered under Section 341, 448, 323, 354(B), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that in course of going to school informant aged about 15 years was teased by the petitioner, but anyhow, she managed to flee way and informed the matter to her family members. Then father of the informant went to the house of petitioner, where he was assaulted. Later on, Krishna Choudhary, Shiv Kumar Choudhary, Vikash Choudhary and Anant Choudhary (Petitioner) came to the house of informant and committed Marpit and gave threatening for dire consequences.

No.41229 of 2019(2) dt.04-07-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and informant are co-villagers and due to dirty village politics, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that occurrence is said to be held on 26.11.2018, but F.I.R. has been registered on 02.12.2018. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Addl. Sessions JudgeSpecial Judge, POCSO Act, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 465 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
