Mr. Sanjay Kr.Sharma(APP) =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2.

08-09-2017 The present petition was filed for quashing of First Information Report in Naugachia P.S. Case No. 98 of 2013 registered for offence under Sections 406/420 of the Indian Penal Code, however; learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that after lodging F.I.R., police investigated the case and submitted charge-sheet. He tried to persuade the Court that without territorial jurisdiction, F.I.R. was lodged. The Court is of the opinion that once after lodging F.I.R., the case was investigated and charge-sheet has already been submitted, there is no point to examine the correctness of the F.I.R.

The petition stands dismissed.
