2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 95 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 310(2) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals committed dacoity and looted Rs. 5000/-, a mobile phone, a gold chain and purse from the informant and his wife.

4. The name of the petitioner has surfaced during investigation in the self inculpatory statement of co-accused Bittu Kumar from whom the looted gold chain was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 01.03.2025 and has two criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the bail application of the petitioner for regular bail stands rejected.
