Case No. 220(M) of 2002 by which he has held the delivery possession of Opposite Party and the Petitioner is being restrained to go over the land in Khata No. 83, Plot No. 4314 under Section 145 Cr.P.C.

Considering that the order was passed wayback on 02.02.2006, I do not find any reason for interference. The Application stands dismissed.
