JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 387, 307, 447 and 349 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with others attempted to kill the informant as he (informant) refused to pay extortion amount to them.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has no criminal antecedent. He has been falsely implicated in the present case due to previous enmity. Though there is allegation of firing by fire arms, no injury has been caused to any one. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with

No.39737 of 2015 (2) dt.30-09-2015 2 / 2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati,Gaya, in connection with Amas P.S.
