ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-02-2016 The petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 21.07.2006 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Farbisganj in Case No. 131M of 2003 declared the possession of the Opposite No. 2 in a proceeding under Section 145 Cr.P.C.

Having considered that the proceeding is of the year 2003, I am not inclined to interfere in this matter at this late stage. The application is disposed of with liberty to the parties to agitate their cause before an appropriate forum.
