The petitioners seeks bail in Hilsa P.S. Case No. 165 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26/35 the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioners is of recovery of one country made pistol and five cartridges.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 06.04.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above be released on bail
