JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 08-12-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that vide order dated 29.11.2021, the matter was disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to surrender for the Court below and pray for regular bail. However, in the 5th paragraph of the order, inadvertently, it has been typed that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, but in paragraph No. 3 of the petition, it has specifically been mentioned that petitioner is accused in four other cases apart from the present one.

In view of the aforesaid, let the 5th paragraph

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39434 of 2020(6) dt.08-12-2021 2/2 of the order dated 29.11.2021 be modified to the extent that instead of "He has got no criminal antecedent", it should be read as "He has got criminal antecedent". The order dated 29.11.2021 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.
