2. The present petition has been preferred for modification of the order dated 29.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65615 of 2023.

3. Earlier, the provisional bail of the petitioner was confirmed on 02.05.2024 but the petitioner failed to approach the learned trial court and as such, now the petition has been preferred for the extension of time.

4. The opposite party has since appeared after being put on notice has no objection to it.

5. In that background, the present petition stands allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee and the receipt has to be submitted at the time of the execution of the bail bond.

6. In case, the petitioner approaches the Court concerned in next two weeks, the provisional bail has to be confirmed.
