Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is facing prosecution for offence under Sections 304B and 201 of the Indian Penal Code and he is the husband, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner is hereby rejected but then nothing said in this order shall come in the way of the petitioner in surrendering and making prayer for regular bail which, of course, shall be decided on its own merit without being prejudiced of anything said in this order.
