This is an application for the offence under Sections 47, 48, 54, 55 of Excise Act and 3 (i)(ii) 4, 5, 6 and 7 Immoral Traffic Act in connection with Patliputra P.S.Case No.289 of 2016. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the allegation against the petitioner is that he is running an immoral trafficking in a rented house, however, there is nothing on the record to justify the allegation and the petitioner is in custody since 1.9.2016.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that he is main kingpin of the racket. Having heard both sides. In view of the allegation as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49314 of 2016 (3) dt.10-02-2017 2/2 levelled against this petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charges in this case.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
