2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section s 308, 323, 341, 379, 504/34 of I.P.C.
3. It is alleged that all the F.I.R named accused persons including this petitioner assaulted the informant and snatched watch and cash of Rs. 21,000/- .
4. It is submitted that allegation of assault and snatching watch is general and omnibus. No specific overt act has been alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. It is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42787 of 2023(2) dt.07-08-2023 2/2 further submitted that in Para-38 and 48 of case diary on supervision note, senior police officer found case true against the petitioner ( Lalji Kumar ). and the injury caused by this petitioner is found to be grievous in nature.
