Petitioners seek bail in connection with Dulhin Bazar P. S. Case No. 17/2017 registered under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that nothing has been recovered from the courtyard of these petitioners. Copy of the seizure list was not given to the petitioners. For the alleged recovery of only 10-12 Ganja plants and petitioners are in custody since 17.05.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Patna, in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.
