ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-01-2016 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction dated 05.04.2006 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Arrah by which he has convicted the Opposite Party No. 2 under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced him to undergo R.I. for ten years and a fine of Rs. 1,000/-.

Having gone through the judgment of conviction, I do not find any reason for interference with the same. Hence, the Application stands dismissed.
