In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Desri @ Desari (Sahdei O.P.) P.S. Case No.216 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 366, 366(A) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made against the petitioner that he has taken away the girl of the informant for the purposes of marriage, but the affidavit, which has been attached with this bail petition shows that the girl has consciously decided to go with the petitioner and voluntarily married with him and now they are living as husband and wife.
Looking to the aforesaid facts, let the above-named
