This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 30(A) and 37(B) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Nepali liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner at a cycle. The petitioner is in custody since 02.11.2016.

Considering the nature of allegation, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Complaint Case No. C2/353 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, or successor Court after completion of six months in custody.
