Having regard to the fact that this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on an impression created by them that they have got no criminal antecedent and today it is now being projected that such statement was made by way of inadvertence, this Court will not find the petitioners entitled for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail.

That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is, hereby, rejected.

The petitioners must surrender and seek regular bail It goes without saying that if the petitioners surrender and
