The petitioner seeks bail in Sakra P. S. Case No. 134 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420, 467, 468,471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that police has arrested this petitioner only with oblique purpose in high handed manner.

In the written report it is alleged that police conducted raid in the house of petitioner and recovered Rs. 701490/- and other articles as mentioned in the seizure list. It is further alleged by the police that petitioner has acquired the aforesaid money and other articles by doing illegal sale and purchase of illicit liquor which is prohibited in the State of

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that police has arrested this petitioner merely on suspicion. Petitioner is in custody since 28.3.2019.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM 4th East, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sakra P. S. Case No. 134 of 2019 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
