Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Prohibition Act, 2016. Petitioners were in the same four wheeler from which foreign liquor was recovered. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39016 of 2019(2) dt.26-06-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Spl. Case No.4610 of 2019 arising out of Digha P.S.Case No.268 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
