The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 409 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no concern with the liquor seized by the Police, the petitioner was not present there and he has been falsely implicated in the case. The liquor which has been recovered from the field does not belong to the petitioner. I have considered the submissions, taking into consideration aforesaid, prima facie case under Section 30 (a) is not made out against the petitioner, I am inclined to grant
