JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trail No. 252 of 2015, arising out Bettiah Muffasil (Manuapul) P.S. Case No. 157 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 10.09.2015, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 40607 of 2015 and again I am not inclined to release the petitioner on the grounds mentioned in my above stated order and accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trail No. 252 of 2015,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43263 of 2016 (2) dt.05-10-2016 2/2 arising out Bettiah Muffasil (Manuapul) P.S. Case No. 157 of 2015, stands rejected.
