2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 448, 341, 307 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and there is delay in instituting the F.I.R. on 30.01.2019 for the alleged occurrence of 27.01.2019. The informant is not an eye witness to the occurrence. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of the offence alleged as well as grievous injury attributed to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39712 of 2019(2) dt.15-07-2019 2/2 assault by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
