JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-07-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Janki Nagar P.S. Case No.118 of 2017, S.T. No. 418 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 05.10.2018 passed in Criminal Misc. No.53188 of 2018.

Allegation against the petitioner is of firing on the brother of the informant, causing his death.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the F.I.R. was lodged after the inquest report was prepared. Petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides, considering the fact that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40460 of 2019(2) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 petitioner is named in the F.I.R., I find no ground for grant of bail to the petitioner, he appears to be the main accused. Hence prayer for bail is rejected.

With the above observations, this application is dismissed.
