The petitioner seeks bail in Maigra P.S. Case No. 01 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 20 litres of Mahua liquor has been recovered from Motorcycle. The Chowkidar disclosed the name of petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 14.5.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39489 of 2019(2) dt.01-07-2019 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Gaya, in connection with Maigra P.S. Case No. 01 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
